Webview exploits are where you open Google or another browser in another app or website that doesn't support extensions; such as the Sphero webview exploit.
Sadly, Wi-Fi blocks, which are controlled by the internet router, still apply in these apps. This isn't really a huge problem, because unless your school district has the ability to block websites from their router, you won't be affected. Cisco Meraki routers have the ability to do this but it can easily be bypassed with a VPN or Proxy.

Adobe Apps
This is a method that uses adobe apps downloaded off of the play store to unblock stuff.
When you put in a d11.org email, Google and Adobe login pages redirect to the Microsoft one. And from the Microsoft login, it's easy to get to a search engine and unblocked sites.
#1: Click on "Sign-in options"
#2: Click on "Sign in with GitHub"
#3: Click on "Security" at the bottom of the page (less lag than clicking the logo)
#4: Use the search bar in the top right to look up "googleyay"
#5: Click the google.com link
