Registration and fees

Registration fee:

• The registration fees depend on the participant category (regular, PhD student, or retired scientist) and on whether participation in the Stonehenge trip is included or not. For PhD students and retired scientists, the fee is set at 60% of the standard registration rate. Please refer to the table below for full details of the registration fees. 

• The conference will be held in a hybrid format (both in-person and online). Participants may attend and present their papers remotely. A discounted registration fee applies to online participation (see the fee table below).

• Please select the appropriate fee based on the table below. For example, a regular participant who chooses not to include the Stonehenge trip will pay a fee of £230.
