Registration and fees

Registration fee:

The registration fees depend on the participant category (regular, PhD student, or retired, online or in-person) and on whether participation in the Stonehenge trip is included or not (see the fee table below). For PhD students and retired scientists, the fee is reduced.

A low registration fee has been set, at approximately one-third of the fees charged by EGU and AGU (see the fee table below). Despite the low registration fee, the conference package includes a field trip, conference dinner, three lunches, a conference book package, and several coffee breaks. The conference therefore relies on sponsorship to cover its costs, as registration income alone is insufficient to meet the total expenses.

Please select the appropriate fee based on the table below. For example, a regular participant who chooses not to include the Stonehenge trip will pay a fee of £230.

To pay the conference registration fee, please select one of the following payment options that applies to your situation and complete the payment:

Please note that the system does not automatically send an email acknowledging receipt of your payment. An official payment receipt will be issued to all participants who have paid the registration fee within two working days of receiving their payment.

If you do not receive your receipt within three days, please email your payment confirmation or a bank statement to the conference chair, Dr Heidarzadeh at: mhk58"AT"bath.ac.uk

If an invoice is required for payment of the registration fee, please contact the conference chair (Dr Heidarzadeh).

If payment by card is not possible, please contact the conference chair (Dr Heidarzadeh) to discuss alternative payment methods, such as bank transfer.

Please note that the conference fee must be paid no later than 45 days before the conference to ensure that your abstract is included in the conference proceedings. The registration deadline is 31 July 2026.
