Oral:
Each speaker is allocated 15 minutes: 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
Poster:
All poster presenters will be given a 3-minute flash talk opportunity at the beginning of the poster session. There will be no Q&A immediately after each flash talk; instead, Q&A will take place after all flash talks have been delivered, in front of the respective posters.
The maximum poster size is A0 portrait (119 cm high × 84 cm wide, as shown below).
Online participants:

The maximum poster size is A0 portrait (118 cm high × 84 cm wide; see the figure below).
Three options are available for poster presentations by online participants:
Print the poster yourself and mail it to the conference organisers.
Ask the conference organisers to print the poster on your behalf and pay the printing costs (£50).
The conference organisers can print and display an A3 version of the poster in the conference hall at no cost. Alternatively, the poster can be split across several A3 pages, which the conference organisers will print free of charge.
