Patients present between the age of 3 to 6 months, with hypotonia, ataxia, and nystagmus.
Imaging shows hypomyelination with a decrease in white matter volume and marked thinning of the corpus callosum. MRS shows elevated Cr, NAA, and decrease in the Choline peak.
