Nara Dreamland

Nara Dreamland is a meticulously crafted tapestry of time from So, You Want To Be An Imagineer Season 17, composed of immersive time portals that transport guests through distinct periods of history. By weaving authentic real-world heritage with historical fantasy, the park creates a uniquely original environment where tales from the past, present, and future breathe with kinetic life.

Every realm within the park offers a novel chapter our word's story. Guests wander the cobblestones of Renaissance Street and Da Vinci Square, enveloped in a golden age of artistic innovation and mechanical creativity. They cross the vast, sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean in Ancientland, walking alongside the towering monuments of the Egyptians and the Romans. Ultimately, Cosmicland shatters the boundaries of earth, facilitating a thrilling, forward-looking transition into the uncharted depths of outer space.

The park's next evolutionary leap is Mesoland. Rejecting the familiar theme park tropes of later Aztec or Mayan empires, this expansion plunges guests back to the humid, untamed 900 BCE Gulf Coast of Mexico... for a time inspired by the mysterious Olmec civilization ...the true "Mother Culture" of Mesoamerica. 

This is an era steeped in the unknown, but where the oldest codified written language in the Western Hemisphere was carved into stone. It is a landscape where deep folklore thrives, and where animistic deities and the natural world are bound within ancient symbols.

Within this dense jungle, the Visia tribe and the Sorsera villagers hold joyous celebrations to honor the "Earth Shakers" and "River Spirits"... living, breathing descendants of the Cretaceous period who serve as the physical inspiration behind the civilization's sacred art. 

This symbiotic society provides the perfect narrative sanctuary for the salvaged Dinosaur! animatronics, liberating them from the strobe-lit darkness of their original attraction and releasing them into a lush, thriving, ancient world.

Ultimately, Mesoland is a needed expansion and a thematic bridge for the entire park...

By turning these 'monsters' into revered myths, Mesoland completely redefines how we experience prehistoric storytelling, ensuring these incredible animatronics will continue to dazzle and inspire generations of guests to come.
