Become a Foster Parent

There is a great need for foster families, those willing to help kids in need of a loving home. If you feel like you can answer the call to be a foster parent, check out the following requirements and use the information to get started!

Eligibility

Foster parents must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a stable home and income
• Maintain a drug free environment
• Be willing to be finger printed and have a criminal records check
• Complete all required training and be licensed by the state of North Carolina
