Are you a local business that would like to donate an item or experience to our Silent Auction?  Email mercurymineptg@gmail.com today!

We are seeking in-kind donations such as gift cards, physical  items and experiences for our Spring Fling and Silent Auction at Mercury Mine Elementary School on Saturday, February 25, 2023. This event is one of our largest events and offers a unique opportunity to market your goods and services directly to an active group of local consumers. After a two year hiatus we are really looking forward to making this event special! We have activities including carnival games and bounce houses and rides for the children as well as a silent auction and class basket raffle for the adults. We anticipate 500+ individuals to attend this annual event, and have a fundraising goal of $10,000.


Donations for this event will be auctione off with the winners receiving the product or service you provide.  In addition to marketing your products and services to local families, in-kind sponsors are recognized on our facebook page, Instagram and website as well as in all of the marketing materials used to promote the event, a chance to display banners, signs or displays (subject to approval) on site, and recognition by the emcee on the day of the event.


Family events, like the Spring Fling and Silent Auction, serve to bring our community together. All funds earned from the Spring Fling and Auction go directly to programs supported by the Mercury Mine PTG.  Specifically, PTG-supported programs and activities include teacher classroom expenses, STEM and library needs, as well as programs that supplement art and music curriculum, gardening program, author/artist in residence, and much, much more.  Sponsorships also help to offset event costs allowing more of the community to participate.  It’s a win/win for businesses and families alike.


Please note we are a nonprofit organization and all money earned goes back to the school and our programs. Our tax identification number is 86-0529372. If possible, we would like donations received by February 1st, 2023 to allow time to prepare.  Thank you for your consideration in helping at our event!
