The Math Learning Center is now online! The MiraCosta Math Learning Center provides free tutoring (both drop-in and scheduled appointments) in Mathematics, Statistics, and Philosophy 110 courses.
The MLC is open to all math students at MiraCosta. Services include drop-in tutoring, computerized tutorials, and homework help. Calculators, textbooks, and headphones are available for use in the MLC.
Our class will be completely housed on Canvas. If you click on the previous link, it will take you to MiraCosta’s Online education page. Here you will have access to the Canvas login page as well as all of the contact information to online student support. Please make sure to take the time right now to make sure you are able to login in to Canvas. You can expect this course to take up approximately 30 hours per week.
Students who rarely take online courses should take an online orientation session; this one-hour session will help you practice key skills and make you aware of important resources available to help you be your best online!

The Veterans Education Office, located in Building 3300, provides assistance to veterans and dependents wishing to use their educational benefits at MiraCosta College. The Veterans Information Center, located in Building T-100, provides a place for students to find resources on VA educational benefits, MiraCosta Student Services, and community organizations that are dedicated to assisting veterans. The center also provides a place for students to relax, study, and meet with friends. The Veteran Peer Advisors are also available. Resources are available on a variety of issues, including employment, counseling, housing, and healthcare.
