The grapes were harvested by hand and pressed

Noir, and 2% Riesling Itálico. It pairs well with fish,
white meat, canapés, and light cheese.

product, we present this delicious and elegant
sparkling wine, made following a purist philosophy.
The grapes were transported to the winery and
pressed whole for a brief period of cold maceration
to obtain the color. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes,
