Raw pasta cheese produced exlusively with whole cow milk, whashed crust, with 75 days seasoning.

Made with mixed cow, ovine and goat milk. Soft pasta with sweet flavor and an intense aftertaste. Name inspired on the protector of cheese.
TOMA VALVARAITA
Produced with high valley caw milk and seasoned on wooden boards. The pasta is soft and may present small eyes, the taste is sweet.
