Produced in County Cork with Dabinett and Michelin apples, Stonewell is one of the most Irish ciders you'll find. Stonewell takes great care in selecting the yeasts used for their ciders, fermenting the various apple juices with their own yeasts and blending them at a later stage.

Stonewell Irish Craft Cask Cider is aged for six months in fresh whiskey casks from a distillery east of Cork. This process gives the cider a woody, tannic character with hints of whiskey. Blended with a select bittersweet yeast, this cider is opulent, viscous , and rich in complex nuances. With an alcohol content of 9.5%, its unique flavor makes it an ideal choice for enthusiasts.

Coll’s Craft is the latest addition to the Dan Kelly’s Cider Family. It was created by Niall Collier, a cousin of the Dan Kelly’s family. He works on the farm with us and in the cidery, so it’s safe to stay he knows his cider. When he got the opportunity to create a new blend for Dublin’s Big Grill Festival he jumped at it and Coll’s Craft was born. It’s lighter on flavour but full on for refreshment which also makes it perfect for pairing with food.

Mezcal Picaflor Ancestral comes from the town of Sola de Vega, Oaxaca.
It is made with 9-year-old Maguey (Agave) of the Angustifolla variety. Mezcal Ancestral Picaflor is produced at 2,200 meters above sea level.
Its notes of wood, earth, and minerals stand out against citrus and spicy notes on the nose, achieving a very pleasant balance on the palate.
