1 x pork loin (300-500g - check Aldi as often onsale), 1/4 cabbage, 1 red long chilli, 2 cloves garlic, 2cm ginger, 40g soy sauce, 50g rice wine vinegar, 60g brown sugar, 1-2 bunch pak choy, 2 eggs, 130g bean sproats, 1 tsp cornflour, 250g basmati/jasmine rice & 1 red capsicum.
