Fruit ice cream

This ice cream is a lovely creamy fruity whip, perfect as a quick dessert & perfect for the freezer

500g frozen fruit & 100ml thickened cream

beef & Mushroom Stroganoff

This amazing dish is done so quickly & showcases the varoma

350g rump strips, 350g button mushrooms, 100g sour cream, 300g shredded cabbage, 100g white wine,200g brown onion, 50g tomato paste, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon ground paprika & pinch of cayenne pepper

Custard

This silky smooth dessert can be made regular, runny or harlequin in 7mins.

500g milk, 2 eggs, 30g cornflour plus vanilla or 50g chocolate or lemon
