Depression as repeated thoughout our whole campaign is different for everyone. There is a variety of factors that create depression; therefore, there is a variety of outcomes. If you want a definitive definition from Mayo Clinic when defining Clinical Depression they state,"A mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life." If the definition doesn't tell you how different deperssion can be then I don't know what will. If you have someone tell you how your depression should feel they are not a person you want in your corner. Don't let someone tell you how to feel, if you feel it is an issue odds are it is important to talk to someone. You know you the best, so don't let someone undermine your emotions
(Not limited to these)
We have been researching and talking about depression from some time. Nevertheless, we do not have a education on the matter. We have learned that there is a stigma around who can have it and who doesn't. It seems that people feel since it doesn't impact them means they do not care. The fact is if you feel others do this to you they have never been in your situation don't take it to heart. Removing the stigma is the end goal for mental health in general, but also men's mental health.
