This study focuses on how self-talk is an effective learning tool in physical education programs. In the study, there was a total of 606 students participated in a questionnaire that examined their physical education teacher's motivational climate and how it influences their self-talk. The theory in the study says that self-talk directly influences performance and their confidence in which has positive correlations using self talk. The results of the study showed a positive environment created by physical educators encouraged positive self-talk, which improved a student's overall confidence in physical education. The findings in the study show that when physical educators use self-talk in a supportive way, students are likely to improve their performance and motor skills in physical education. This shows that a physical educator environment that emphasizes self-talk correlates with positive outcomes for the students.
