Welcome to Melly Kids TV ("the App"), operated by JMVAS Telecommunications Pvt. ltd (OPC) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the child using the App.
The App is intended for children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the App.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your family's own use. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App or its content.
The App is free to use with advertisements. Optional paid subscriptions remove ads and unlock premium features. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store or payment provider.
The free version displays advertisements suitable for a general audience, delivered using child-directed (non-personalized) settings. Subscribing removes all ads.
All characters, artwork, audio, and content in the App are owned by JMVAS Telecommunications Pvt. ltd (OPC) and are protected by law. They may not be used outside the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes. While we work hard to keep it safe and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMVAS Telecommunications Pvt. ltd (OPC) shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
