To request that your data be deleted, please follow these steps:

Use the subject line: "Delete My Data — Melly Kids TV"
In the email, briefly confirm you are the parent or guardian requesting deletion.
We will process your request and delete the applicable data within 30 days of receiving your email, and confirm once completed.
Upon your request, we will delete any account-related data associated with you that we may hold, including:
The child's first name and age range (if provided)
Chosen avatar or profile photo
Learning progress, stars, and earned certificates
Please note: most of this data is stored only on your device, and is automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Emailing us ensures deletion of any additional data we may hold.
We do not retain personal contact information about children. Any minimal, non-personal, aggregated analytics data (which does not identify your child) may be retained to help improve the app. This information cannot be used to identify any individual user.
Data associated with a deletion request is removed within 30 days. Non-personal, aggregated data that does not identify a user may be retained for legitimate app-improvement purposes.
