This Privacy Policy explains how JMVAS Telecommunications Pvt. ltd (OPC) ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the Melly Kids TV mobile application ("the App"). We have built this app to be safe for children, and we collect as little information as possible.
A child's first name, age range, and chosen avatar or photo may be saved only on your device to personalize the experience. Learning progress, stars, and certificates are also stored locally on the device. We do not upload this information to our servers.
We do not ask children for their real name, address, phone number, email, or precise location. There is no open chat and no way for children to contact strangers.
The free version of the App shows advertisements through Google AdMob using child-directed, non-personalized settings, in line with the Google Play Families Policy. This means ads are not based on a personal profile. Purchasing a subscription removes all ads.
We may use basic, aggregated, non-personal information (such as which features are popular) to improve the App. This information does not identify your child.
The App may use trusted third-party services such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob, which have their own privacy policies. Some activities may link to YouTube videos.
Optional subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Because most data is stored on your device, uninstalling the App removes it. To request deletion of any account-related data we may hold, email us at jmvastpl@gmail.com and we will process your request promptly.
We comply with applicable children's privacy rules, including the Google Play Families Policy. If you believe we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
