I have provided online (using AdobeConnect and Zoom) or on-site workshops on popular and emerging technologies, including using an LMS. I have years of experience with both Canvas and Brightspace. I've also created numerous video and PDF tutorials for the most common faculty requests, such as copying courses from semester to semester or releasing course grades.
This PDF tutorial shows faculty step by step how to copy an entire course from the previous semester to the current one. This is one of the most common faculty requests I receive.

As a result, the Provost asked us develop a resource for faculty that would help even those with limited technical ability get their materials online in our LMS. I created this guide which shows faculty how to set up their YouTube channel, record a brief video using Screencast-O-Matic, and upload the link and any additional resources in the Brightspace course.
