Lead of Essay Rating program, including leading the training and calibration process, as well as overseeing and managing the rating procedure and data analysis

Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory; Univariate and multivariate statistics (including, but not limited to, ANOVA/MANOVA, multiple linear regression, PCA, EFA/CFA, logistic regression, log-linear transformations, SEM, hierarchical linear modeling, mixture modeling, correspondence analysis).
