FIELD Capstone Project

As a student of the Fashion Business Management Program, I had the opportunity of working with the women's activewear brand, Tonia DeBellis. The FIELD Capstone Project was a team-based project where we were asked to develop a new women's apparel line in SEAMLESS product to support the company's current "Jackets Collections", launching for the Fall 2022 Season, while also implementing sustainable factors for the designs and production process. As a team, we developed a marketing plan which would allow for customers to engage with the brand and integrating an omni-channel experience through digital platforms.

My team and I also created a sales plan with $450, 000 to $550, 000 for the Fall 2022 season, with an IMU of 56.8% and a planned sell-through of 80% and a communication budget of $25, 000.
