Accession Number - Unique identifier assigned to an accession
Date Received - The date the accession was received
Description - Description of the contents of the accession
Number of Artifacts - The numerical amount of artifacts received in that accession
Received From - Source of the accession. Name, contact
How Acquired - Method of Acquisition
Remarks - Additional information about the accession
Terminology:
Accession Number - Year.Month.# of accessions that month
Date Received - MM/DD/YYYY
Description - Free text
Number of Artifacts - Numeric
Received From - First name, last name, address/location
How Acquired - set terms
Remarks - Free Text

Catalogue Number - Unique artifact number
Accession Number - Unique Identifier assigned to an accession
Artifact Name - Documented name of artifact
Number of Parts - How many detachable parts the artifact has
Description - Brief description of the artifact
Storage Location - Where the artifact is located right now (people must change this in the database if moving the artifact)
Provenance - Where the artifact originated/came from
Terminology:
Catalogue Number - Randomly computer generated 5 digit number
Accession Number - Year.Month.# of Accessions that Month
Artifact Name - Free Text
Number of Parts - numeric
Description - Free Text
Storage Location - set terms of current location
Provenance - Free text
