Welcome.
I'm Meghan Fowler, a counselling student completing my practicum under the supervision of a licensed therapist (Carolyn O. Klassen, O.T. Reg. (MB), MAMFT). I offer a warm, supportive space for people who want to explore life’s challenges, better understand themselves, and move toward meaningful change.
My approach is compassionate, respectful, and grounded in the belief that healing often begins in the context of a safe and trusting relationship. Before entering this stage of my own journey, I have previously worked in church ministry as a pastor and as a worship director. I have a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Regent College, and expect to complete my Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary in summer 2027.
People seek counselling for many different reasons — stress, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, questions of identity, life transitions, spiritual hurt, or a desire to better understand themselves and their patterns. I believe we are all capable of growth and change! My goal is to create a safe and respectful space where we can, together, approach areas of pain, confusion, or difficulty with curiosity and compassion, and where we can discover and uncover hope along the way.
If you’re wondering whether counselling might be right for you, please don't hesitate to contact me.
