This is Ota City in Tokyo, Japan. It was constructed in the 1930's and was used for primary base of operations for Japan's major domestic airlines. It was also home to Haneda airport. As we can see in the image some of the water of the city was dirty and murky. Another thing we can notice is that there is only a minor amount of steets and waterways in the city. In the water we can see that the infrastructure doesn't have any bridge between them so it was hard to get to.
From this image we can tell that the city has developed over the course of 38 years. Due to more people populating the area, more infrastructure was made. In this image we can see that more streets have formed and there have also been more waterways formed. The infrastructure has bridges between them so it is easier to access. The water has also been cleaned up due to Tokyo's advancements in technology.
