Tokyo has a small English-speaking population, and the majority of signage is in Japanese, making it difficult for people from other countries to live there unless they have learned the language. It is acceptable for visitors to visit for a brief period of time, but it is a driving force for people of colour to consider relocating to Tokyo. 

Overpopulation is when there are more people than there is room for in a given location. There are several causes of this issue, such as a lower mortality rate, better facilities, and greater resources. Governments, social and environmental planners, architects, engineers, and residents of megacities are all affected by this issue.
