Common Questions

🩺 How do I delete an entry?
Go to Summary, choose the category (Symptoms, Meds, Fluids, or BM), and swipe left on the record to delete it.

📊 How do I export a report?
Tap Reports, choose your date range, and select the data you want (Meds, Symptoms, Fluids, or Both). Then tap Export CSV to create a shareable file.

💾 Where is my data stored?
Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. Meds App does not use servers or cloud storage, and we never collect or share your information.

📱 How do I back up my data?
Your entries are included in your iPhone backups (via iCloud or iTunes).
If you restore from a backup, your Meds App data comes back with it.

💡 How can I share information with my doctor?
Use Reports → Export CSV and email or print the file.
You decide what to share and when.
