Overview

Meds App is a simple, private iPhone app that helps users record medications, symptoms, fluids, and related notes.
Your information stays only on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Data Collection

• We do not collect user data, health data, or analytics of any kind.

• All entries you create are saved locally on your iPhone using Apple’s secure on-device storage.

• No servers, databases, or cloud services are involved.

Data Sharing

• We do not share information with any third parties.

• There are no ads, no tracking, and no external integrations.

Exports

If you choose to export a CSV report, that file is created only on your device.
Any sharing (for example, emailing it to your doctor) is entirely under your control.

Security

Your data benefits from the same security that protects all iOS apps and is governed by your device’s passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID.
Meds App never transmits or uploads data to any external service.

In-app purchases are processed securely by Apple; no payment information is collected or stored by Meds App.

Children’s Privacy

Meds App is rated 4+ and is appropriate for general audiences.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version and date will appear on this page and in the next App Store update.
