These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MedMentor mobile application ("App") published by Karthikeyan ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using MedMentor, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By using MedMentor you accept these Terms. Continued use after we update the Terms means you accept the updated version.
MedMentor is an AI-assisted study companion for MBBS students. Features may include Ask Tutor, past papers, practice (MCQ / theory), favourites, and related study tools.
MedMentor is an independent educational tool. It is not affiliated with TNMGRMU, the NMC, or any university or examination authority.
Many answers, explanations, hints, diagrams, and practice items may be generated or assisted by AI (including Google Gemini).
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
Do not rely on MedMentor alone for exams or clinical decisions.
Always verify with textbooks, faculty, and official syllabi.
If something looks incorrect, treat it as a possible model error—not fact.
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial educational study.
Provide accurate profile information and keep your sign-in secure.
Do not misuse the service (abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or sharing accounts in ways that break fair-use limits).
Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.
If you are under the age required in your country to accept terms, use the App with a parent or guardian.
You must sign in with Google or Apple to use core features.
Free use is ad-supported and may include daily tutor limits.
We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
Textbook references, diagrams, past university papers, and other study material surfaced in MedMentor come from third-party and indexed sources. MedMentor does not own, publish, sell, or distribute these books or materials.
We do not claim copyright over any textbook, publisher logo, or exam paper content.
Citations and figures are shown only as a private study aid, not as a replacement for buying official books.
Past-paper questions are indexed for revision; exam bodies remain the source of official papers.

MedMentor is free and supported by ads via Google AdMob (banner and interstitial). A full-screen interstitial may appear before every 2nd tutor answer open. On iOS, we may request App Tracking Transparency permission before personalized advertising.

You may delete your account anytime from Profile > Delete account.
Deletion permanently removes your profile, favourites, tutor history, and practice data from our servers.

MedMentor is provided "as is" and "as available" for educational support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI answers, accuracy, completeness, or exam outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karthikeyan is not liable for exam results, academic decisions, or any damages arising from reliance on AI or App content, including third-party book excerpts, figures, or past-paper material shown in the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
