Hey Everyone!
It has been a crazy week or so here in Peru and with MEDLIFE so I wanted to give you all some updates.
Focusing on the positive, we have been able to continue to grow our efforts in providing food! We have consistently gotten out more than *2,000 meals everyday since August 6th!* This excludes the weekends as movement is restricted during those days. That means just *since August 6th, we have fed in total 23,697 people* from Soup Kitchens alone!
We are including some photos of the food deliveries in Cusco but also invite you to look at more of them and include them in your promotion for Moving Mountains!
Here are two dropbox links from our most recent visits to distribute food:

Unfortunately, Peru has seen a steady rise in case counts and we now hold a very unfortunate title as one of the countries with the *worst mortality rates in the world.* Because of this, *Peru has brought back parts of quarantine* by extending curfew to the entire day of Sunday again, and doing localized longer curfews in areas that have a higher case count.
This means that now more than ever, our work especially in Peru is more and more important. We have done amazing things and are now talking about goals we had never imagined (aiming for hundreds of thousands of meals distributed this year!). This is all because of you and the work you and your Chapters have done. Thank you for your continued support and solidarity!

Hi Everybody! I wanted to send you a quick Moving Mountains update. We are up to over 2800 food packages delivered across our 3 partner countries, and over 11,000 hot meals served with our "ollas comunes" or soup kitchens in Lima and Cusco - all thanks to donations from Chapters! Here are some photos from our MED Programs teams that have been doing the food deliveries. Thank you guys, and keep up the great work. We've accomplished a lot, but there is still so much more we can do!
