NOTE: The Medina Invitational Tournament does NOT use the head to head seeding criteria set forth in Trackwrestling.com. That is part of the logistics of their program.
*** The final draw will occur sometime after 9:00 a.m. on December 27th after ALL weigh-in sheets have been returned and verified. The top eight (8) seeds will be determined from the online seeding/roster form each team submits.
**A coin flip will be used for any ties in the seeding that cannot be resolved by criteria.**
SEEDING CRITERIA:
1) 2025 State Champ - regardless of weight
2) 2025 State Placer - regardless of weight
3) 2024 State Champ - regardless of weight
4) 2025 State Qualifier - regardless of weight
5) 2025 District Placer – regardless of weight
6) 2024 State Placer - regardless of weight
7) 2024 MIT Placer - regardless of weight
8) 2025-2026 Winning Varsity Record - so far at weight nominated for.*
(*only will be used if we have less than 8 wrestlers nominated with varsity records from 2024-2025.)
(minimum of 6 matches for 2025-2026 records).
This year is a switch to USA Bracketing for running the tournament. Again, 9:00 p.m. on Saturday,
December 26th is the cutoff for rosters and seeding on USA Bracketing.

Video streaming will be different this year and it will be at a one-time cost of $15 with unlimited viewing.
