It is an Employability Enhancement Initiative of the Education Department, Government of Gujarat forimparting training on Skill development for students of Higher and Technical Education to make themIndustry-read.
Finishing School Program was stared from year 2016-2017 in Gujarat state. First Year total 40 (20 Higher+20Technical) colleges run the Finishing School Program. Our institute from the first 40 colleges.
Finishing School program develop Life skill, Employability Skill and Functional English Skills of final year Students.
Benefits of the programme
With activities when they learn the skill it gives them a clarity of the subject.
When they actually perform the activities related to the skill, the gain a lot of confidence which help them to perform in all fields of life.
When they adopt the life skills in their daily routine, they are a better, happier and successful person.
With mock interviews and group discussions, they face the real interviews and GD in a much better way and with full confidence.
There are unlimited hidden benefits which make them a different person. They stand out in a crowd.
There are many stresses in life but they learned to manage stress level and anger level through finishing program.
During working in each field they manage time perfectly.
They improve their self-continence and self-awareness and also they set their Life and Professional Goal Setting.
They improve their English Language, and be confidant to speak with others..
Also they improve their Grammar and Communication skills.
