How long is the warranty?

All mê-li candles come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What is covered?

• Broken or cracked glass containers

• Damaged wicks

• Leaking wax or faulty packaging
  
  

What is not covered?

• Natural variations in color or texture (normal in hand-poured wax)

• Damage from improper use (e.g., burning longer than 4 hours, not trimming wick, storing in direct sunlight)

• Personal fragrance preferences after use
  
  

How do I request a warranty claim?

1. Email us at support@meli.vn with your order number and photos of the issue.
   
   

2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
   
   

3. We’ll send you a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.
   
   

How can I care for my candle?

• Trim wick to 5mm before lighting.

• Let wax melt evenly on the first burn.

• Do not burn more than 4 hours at once.

• Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.
