Change of mind: Return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or defective items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery; we’ll replace or refund promptly.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition (including boxes and story cards).
For safety and quality control, used or burned candles can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing fault.
Final-sale items, limited editions marked “non-returnable,” and custom/personalized products.
If the scent isn’t your match, you may request an exchange for an unopened candle within 14 days.
You cover return shipping; we cover the outbound shipping for your replacement within Vietnam (international: standard rates apply).
Email support@meli.vn within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product, inner/outer packaging, and shipping label.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund—your choice.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except for damaged/defective or incorrect items.

Our coconut–soy wax and botanical blends may vary slightly in color or surface texture—this is normal and doesn’t affect performance.
