Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders are carefully hand-packed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT+7) or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  
  

Shipping in Vietnam

• Fixed fee: 30,000 VND per order, nationwide.

• Free shipping when you buy 2 candles or more, anywhere in Vietnam.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days for HCMC & Hanoi inner districts, 2–5 business days for other provinces.

International Shipping

• Available to selected countries. Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.
  
  

Tracking & Updates

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Eco-Packaging

• All candles are shipped in recyclable boxes and paper cushioning. Please reuse or recycle where possible.
