Senior Fellows, Fellows, Associates, and Interns are varying positions in which Hamline Students can work at McVay
McVay Senior Fellows are Hamline students who exemplify leadership, communication, and collaborative work. They are responsible for weekly meetings in which they plan activities for the following week, obtain supplies, and lead activities during programming. They have extensive knowledge and understanding of how McVay runs and operates. They also harbor the most experience working at McVay.
McVay Fellows are Hamline students who demonstrate great leadership, communication, and collaborative work. McVay Fellows aid Senior Fellows in planning, delivering programming, and mentoring youth during programming. They have great knowledge and understanding of how McVay runs and operates. They have a lot of experience working at McVay.
McVay Associates were once fellows who wanted to be involved and work at McVay but could no longer be a Senior Fellow or Fellow for various reasons. Associates assist Fellows and Senior Fellows in leading programming and mentoring youth.
McVay Specialty Associate is a Hamline student who shows a great understanding and knowledge of a particular field such as STEM, sports, cooking, writing, etc.
McVay interns are newly hired staff starting their journey working at McVay!
