My name is Krystal (She/Her/Hers) and I am a first year at Hamline University. I am a fitness associate with McVay along with Anna. I am majoring in environmental studies with a legal studies minor and am a part of the 3+3 law program 

Hi everyone!

My name is Anna. I am a first year student at Hamline so this is my first year at McVay as well. I’m super excited to start, I’ve heard a lot of great things and I can’t wait to throw my all into it.

My name is Eleanor Gale and I am a first-year at Hamline. I’m currently undecided but am thinking of majoring in psychology. In my free time, I love to do all sorts of art, read, and hang out with friends. This is my first year with McVay and I am very excited to get to know everyone. 

Hello! My name is Big Thao. I use he/him/his pronouns. I’m a first year at Hamline and my major is business. I look forward to being a part of the community at McVay with the staff and students there! I’m also a van associate for McVay.  A fun fact about me is that I like sports.

Hello! My name is Vincent Yang and I use he/him/his pronouns. I am a third-year at Hamline majoring in Chemistry. I enjoy hiking and exploring/trying new things. I'm looking forward to working with you all!

Hey! My name is Haley Klahsen (She/Her/Hers). I am a freshman here at Hamline University. I plan to double major in Education and Business Administration. My hope is to one day become the principal of a local elementary school. I am a part of HU Prime, our school's dance team, and a collaborator for the Hamline Untold Magazine, as well as a member of HU Women Boss-Up and HU Spectrum. I enjoy spending time outside, writing, decorating for holidays, and trying new foods. I cannot wait to meet you! 

My name is Michael Moitzheim, but you can call me Mike. I use he/him pronouns. I am a sophomore studying Criminal Justice and Forensic Science. I will be working as a driver for McVay.

Hello! My name is Katelin Lor (She/Her) and I'm currently a Junior at Hamline University, majoring in Criminology & Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. Some of my hobbies include photography, listening to music, and watching true crime documentaries. At McVay, I am a student intern for Beloved & FCC. This is my first time with McVay and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

(She/Hers) First Year, elementary education co-majoring in Sociology. I have been to Thailand and New York. I play Minecraft & ESO (Elders Scrolls Online).  I like the color red. I am excited to connect with the students and allow them to feel like a part of the community.

My name is Emery Thul (he/him/his) and I’m a first year at Hamline. I plan to double major in neuroscience and music. In my free time, I like to read, play the viola, and hike. 

Hi my name is Kara Lamoreux. This is my first year with the McVay program. I am a sophomore at Hamline University. I plan on majoring in biology and getting my teaching license. My career goals are to become a high school biology teacher. My hobbies are running, biking, crocheting, hammocking, house-plant collecting, and hanging out with friends. 

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a junior at Hamline and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I’m planning on majoring in Psychology and Theater because of my love for the arts and sciences. In my free time, you can find me writing poetry, painting portraits, strumming my uke, or relaxing with my cats. I’m looking forward to creating art with the students this year! 

Hi! my name is Tjessa Arradondo (She/Her) and I am a second-year undergraduate student at Hamline University majoring in Communication Studies. I am also a minor in Digital Media Arts as well as Public Health. I am a new Communications Associate at McVay and this is my first year working with the Youth Partnership. I enjoy design, art, and working with others! I look forward to continuing my time at McVay and meeting new people!
