JUNE BLUEBERRY UPDATE 2026
**NEW PASSES FOR JULY 9TH & 11TH AVAILABLE**
ADVANCE PURCHASE OF PICKING PASSES IS REQUIRED
6/29/26 UPDATE: Berries are coming! We are much later in ripening this year versus past seasons. Waiting to see if the patch will have berries after the 11th of July.
6/21/26 Update from Farmer Larry: Today we are seeing broad ripening start across both our blueberry patches. I purchased 23 bushes from Dancing Hearts Nursery in Mint Hill and look forward to bringing these into Certified Naturally Grown production in 2027.
UPDATE ON FIG SEASON 2026
Figs usually start to ripen at the end of July and the season lasts into mid-September.
We release fig picking passes for purchase based on the amount of figs we see ripening. These passes will be for sale here once we get closer to picking at the end of July.
Due to the harsh conditions of this past winter, we are unsure yet how our main orchard will produce this season.
6/21/26 Update from Farmer Larry: Our large Brown Turkey Fig tree and our oldest Celeste faired well through the winter and have good crops which we expect to start ripening at the end of July. I will update our first picking passes for release on July 16th once we get closer to the season. Our main orchard has not set any figs yet but I am hopeful a late crop will form.
FLOWER ARRANGEMENT CARE
Wildflowers are highly perishable and require daily fresh water in order to maximize vase life. Lift your bouquet out of the jar, rinse the jar with fresh cold water, fill almost to the top, and reinsert your flowers. Keep your arrangement in a cool display place away from any direct sunlight & enjoy!
Most flowers have a vase life of 7-10 days.
