I’m an accounting PhD student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, interested in how people navigate decision-making, both their own and those involving others. Much of my research explores what happens when organizations involve stakeholders in unexpected ways, especially by sharing or shifting decision rights. I’m drawn to questions that reveal the psychological and organizational trade-offs behind seemingly simple choices.
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, riding my mountain bike on the trails, playing basketball or ultimate frisbee, weeding in the garden, or reading a book.
