Aladdin Jr. is a condensed, family-friendly stage musical adaptation of Disney's animated film. It follows the street rat Aladdin, who uses a magic lamp and a Genie to become a prince to win the heart of Princess Jasmine. The show features the iconic songs from the movie, including "A Whole New World" and "Friend Like Me," as Aladdin, Jasmine, and the Genie embark on a magical adventure filled with romance, humor, and the classic tale of discovering true worth.

What's so important about Theatre?
Theatre plays a vital role in the lives of middle schoolers, offering them a unique space to express themselves, build confidence, and develop important skills. Participating in theatre helps students enhance their creativity by encouraging them to think outside the box and explore different perspectives. It also fosters teamwork, as students must collaborate with peers to create a successful performance, learning to communicate effectively and support one another. Furthermore, theatre can improve public speaking abilities, which are essential for academic success and future careers. By engaging in plays and performances, middle schoolers not only gain self-esteem but also cultivate empathy by stepping into the shoes of various characters, understanding their emotions and experiences. Overall, theatre is an enriching experience that contributes to the personal growth and social development of young adolescents.
