LHT Learning is a learning and development company that designs and develops learning solutions to "transform complex information into meaningful action." I am part of a team that designs and develops custom eLearning solutions and digital learning experiences to solve business challenges.
Companies and projects that I have contributed my instructional design and eLearning development skills to include:
Partnered with SMEs and curated highly technical outlines and chunked/organized the content to lessen cognitive load
Designed and rapidly developed 6 cloud-computing courses in Articulate Rise to reach 1000+ technical sales/systems engineers and channel partners, and narrowed the knowledge gaps for more effective sales
Incorporated graphics, brand icons, Articulate Rise interactivity, YouTube videos, and knowledge checks to increase knowledge retention and to serve as an organized resource of information
Results: The SMEs from Nutanix were thrilled! The latest Rise eLearning was presented to technical sales and channel partners with great success! "PRISM went over like cherry-topped Gold, and it inspired a heck of a lot more projects for my department! That was phenomenal!!!"
Designed 15+ life science/healthcare compliance VILT trainings based on new company policies in Microsoft PowerPoint
Results: Received high feedback from the client! They truly enjoyed working with the team and were very happy with the end products, which resulted in an additional SOW for 10 microlearnings.
Created a microlearning storyboard template that was applied to 10 compliance-based microlearnings. Wrote/Designed 3 of these storyboards and ensured elements were consistently carried through the development process to provide a cohesive package.
Designed an illustrated video storyboard/script to create a high-level awareness training on global regulatory trade compliance in the life sciences industry
Partnered with the company's subject matter experts and project manager to develop an illustrated video in an Articulate Storyline wrapper that met client expectations
Designed 3 30-minute storyboards for eLearning development in Lectora or Articulate Storyline for onboarding new employees according to role, providing performance support, and for updating outdated material/protocols
This microorganism curriculum included an introduction to microorganisms, hygienic design, and microbial contamination control
Applied activities, videos, knowledge checks, scenario-based questions, and summative assessments into these courses
Storyboards for Red Nucleus
Red Nucleus (RN) provides training solutions across the entire life sciences product life cycle. As an instructional designer at Red Nucleus, I worked with subject matter experts to design on-demand/off-the-shelf instructional content for Red Nucleus Training Institute (RNTI). During my tenure with RN, I wrote the majority (~80) of the GXP content for good laboratory practices, manufacturing practices, and clinical practices. I also wrote content for essential business skills, which included an overview of healthcare key account management.
