S-DIMENSION Evaluation Mechanism & Scoring System 

• This dimension of the Modified Muntinlupa S.M.A.R.T School with a HEART Program focuses on the School-Based Management level of practice. This empowers school leaders to successfully and efficiently manage their own affairs and resources. It entails encouraging the active participation of diverse stakeholders in decision-making processes linked to school policies, programs, and projects, such as teachers, parents, learners, and community members. 

• School-Based Management also promotes the use of data-driven systems and tools to monitor and assess school performance, identify areas for improvement, and make evidence-based decisions. This seeks to improve the quality of education and school performance by supporting School-Based Management.
