Muntinlupa Business High School (Formerly Pedro E. Diaz High School Annex) is one of the schools in District II of SDO Muntinlupa with a school ID 305471 situated at Espeleta Street, Buli, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The school is strategically situated along the Philippine National Railway and near Buli Elementary School. Business establishments surround the school like Concepcion Industries, Veco Paper,UBIX Institute of Technology, Amkor Anam Pilipinas and Uratex Corporation. Rhapsody, Anuva and Eastbay are some condominiums closer to the school. 

The school became operational on June 7, 1999, and gained its independence on March 2, 2004.

The “first approved public business high school nationwide”, which prompted the SEAMEO-INNOTECH to classify and included the school in Club 140 of the Strengthened Technical Vocational Education Program (STVEP) in 2006. 

At present, it belongs to the Special Program in Technical Vocational Education (SPTVE). This unique curriculum program focuses on a comprehensive framework envisioning our learners to be equipped with basic education, technical vocational education, and entrepreneurial education. TVE specializations: Cookery; Dressmaking; Technical Drafting; Beauty Care Services; Computer Systems Servicing; and Electrical Installation and Maintenance.   


Learners will be taught to develop and improve their technical skills and how to use them in entrepreneurship. Business Education Subjects: Consumers Math; Introduction to Bookkeeping, Principles of Accounting I, Principles of Accounting II; Entrepreneurship-Business Planning; Entrepreneurship-Business Implementation; Technical Writing and Business Correspondence; and Business Presentation and Public Speaking.


Currently, the school has 48 Specialized TVE teachers with 14 laboratories. The school has an income generating project ETHOS, a perfumery where the students apply their skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship.


The soon expansion of the Philippine National Railway, will result in getting a portion of the school’s land area which at present serves as the pathway for canteen delivery trucks, vehicles and ambulances in case of emergency. This project expansion prompted the transfer of 12 sections of Grade 7 with 525 students,18 teachers, 2 non- teaching, 1 utility and 2 guards to Cupang Senior High School to decongest and in anticipation of untoward incidents brought about by natural calamity and other hazards.

Skyway O&M Corporation, Southridge Paref, Barangay Cupang, Barangay Buli, SPTA are our stakeholders who played pivotal roles in shaping a collaborative learning environment. Their involvement fosters a supportive home environment, positively influencing academic performance and preparing students for success in both academic and real-world contexts.

Sources of water for cleaning, handwashing and watering of plants are from rainwater collectors and electrically generated deep wells. More so, it is also likewise provided by the Maynilad and available 24 hours. Electric supplies are provided by MERALCO, while Globe and PLDT my DSL for its internet connection. There are three functional group handwashing facilities with 65 faucets; Nine functional male toilets, ten functional female toilets and 1 all-gender toilet with regular supply of soap.
