In this course, I gained knowledge about the theory and concept of nursing leadership and its vital role in ensuring quality management through continuous review and improvement of processes and procedures based on best practices. The focus is on enhancing patient satisfaction, fostering innovation, and involving employees in decision-making.
Moreover, I discovered my own leadership characteristics, leading me to the preference for a transformational leadership style. This style aims to inspire employees to surpass minimum expectations and work collaboratively towards a shared vision. While recognizing that different departments or workplaces may benefit from various leadership styles, I firmly believe that motivated and inspired employees contribute to better overall outcomes.
