how to pay me
cash only!
pay-what-you-can pricing
i think that mending is a basic community need, so i want my services to be accessible whatever your financial situation. $15-$45/hour is a common price range, but customers sometimes pay more or less, and i trust people to self-assess what they can afford and feel is fair. really, customers can choose any price they want.
i like to offer estimates of how long work might take before i do it, and i don't ask to be paid until i have returned your item(s) so that you have a chance to evaluate your satisfaction with my work.
what the money means to me
my mending business is my primary source of income, and i feel deeply fortunate to be able to meet my needs doing what i love. many thanks to all my customers for your invaluable support!
