Bi-Weekly Mowing Agreements:

• Month-to-Month (auto-renew, cancel with 7 days notice)

• Full Season (April-October, monthly payments available)

• Small yards: $40-50/month or $260-375/season

• Custom pricing for extra large yards

Weekly Mowing Agreements:

• Month-to-Month or Full Season options

• Small yards: $80-100/month or $520-750/season

🏡 Getting Your Property Ready

To give you the best service possible, we ask that you:

For Lawn Care Services:

• Mark all sprinkler heads, utilities, and underground obstacles at least 48 hours before service

• Move cars from the areas we'll be working

• Tell us about recent landscaping, utility work, or chemical treatments

• Sign up for agreements to lock in priority service

For Snow Removal Services:

• Mark hidden obstacles (decorations, landscape features, equipment) before winter

• Notify us of any property changes that could affect snow removal

• Remove vehicles from driveway when possible for best service

• Seasonal contracts save 15% and guarantee automatic service

For Trash Collection Services:

• Ensure dumpster has functional wheels (minor damage acceptable)

• Keep dumpster accessible (not blocked or snowed in)

• Notify us by Sunday evening if you need to skip a week

• Subscriptions available - never forget trash day!

For Firewood Delivery:

• Specify stacking location before delivery

• Ensure clear access to delivery area

• Subscriptions save 15%, regular customers save 10%

For Elderly Errands & Helpful Services:

• Provide accurate shopping lists or task instructions

• Have payment ready for purchases

• Secure pets during service visits

For All Services:

• Keep pets safely inside during our visit

• Let us know about any special areas or concerns

☔ Weather & Scheduling

• We'll reschedule if weather isn't safe for quality work

• You'll get reasonable notice for any changes (24 hours when possible)

• Normal business hours: Monday-Saturday 8AM-6PM

• Safety first - we won't work in lightning or dangerous conditions

• Seasonal contract customers get automatic service when conditions reach trigger depth

• Property size determined by serviceable lawn area (not total property size)

Snow Removal:

• Pricing based on property size + snow depth measured on arrival

• Seasonal contracts save 15% vs per-event pricing

Firewood:

• Subscriptions save 15%, regular customers save 10%

• Delivery and stacking included in all prices

• Three subscription tiers: Light, Moderate, Heavy

Trash Collection:

• Subscriptions available for regular services

• Bi-weekly: $25/month | Weekly: $45/month

🛠️ Equipment & Specialized Services

Lawn Care Services:

• Some services require specific ground conditions - we'll let you know

• Equipment damage from unmarked hazards is customer responsibility

Snow Removal Services:

• Maximum property: 4 cars / 800 sq ft driveway, 100 ft walkway

• Equipment damage from unmarked obstacles is customer responsibility

• Extreme conditions (12"+ snow) may require custom quote or be declined

• Contract customers receive automatic service - no need to call

All Services:

• We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions pose safety or equipment risks

• Your safety and ours is always our top priority

• We'll email or text you our terms and job details before we start

• Prefer paper? No problem - we can accommodate any preference

• All agreements are documented for quality service tracking

• Lawn Care Agreements can be signed up for anytime during the season
