These projects focus on enabling technologies for data science in specific domains. I put them first because I think they are of the highest importance, as they are the technical bridges between fundamental and applied research.

ALPACS

Pseudo-Anonymized PACS for Data Mining

This project aims to produce interoperable anonymized repositories of medical images, with the objective of building AI applications over these dynamical datasets.

Content-based Image Retrieval System Based on Proximity Graphs

This research aims to aid the medical diagnosis through the content proximity of medical images, based on latent spaces of deep learning models and the generation of easy-to-navigate graphs.
