Playwriting

Matthew has been an avid storyteller for as long as he can remember. He spent his childhood writing songs and poems, and then after being introduced to theatre he began to write short stories just for himself. In university, he decided to take a playwriting course and was hooked. He wrote multiple short plays in that class and then went on to take the advanced section of the class and write longer pieces. 

The Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania - Bloomsburg's Theatre department gave Matthew and other students many opportunities to take part in new play development processes which only furthered his love for playwriting.
