I am a stellar astrophysicist and planetary scientist who specializes in studying the relationships between and evolution of magnetism and magnetic activity among planets, brown dwarfs, and low mass stars.  For the most part, I do this by observing their radio emissions and studying their temporal, spectral, and polarimetric properties.

I am a continuing lecturer of physics and astronomy at Purdue University and an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Mississippi.  I teach introductory astronomy and physics courses.  Before this, I was a visiting assistant professor of physics and astronomy at the University of Mississippi (2022-2023) and a senior computational scientist at Purdue University (2015-2021).  I received my Ph.D. in astronomy and astrophysics with a computational science minor in 2013 from Pennsylvania State University.
