I am a stellar astrophysicist and planetary scientist who studies the relationships between and evolution of magnetism and magnetic activity among planets, brown dwarfs, and low mass stars.  For the most part, I do this by observing their radio emissions and studying their temporal, spectral, and polarimetric properties.

I am a continuing lecturer of physics and astronomy at Purdue University and an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Mississippi.  I teach introductory astronomy and physics courses.  Before this, I was a visiting assistant professor of physics and astronomy at the University of Mississippi (2022-2023) and a senior computational scientist at Purdue University (2015-2021).  I received my Ph.D. in astronomy and astrophysics with a computational science minor in 2013 from Pennsylvania State University.
