Be aware of these tips before making a ppt file:

• Font: Arial

• Font size: 18 - 36

• Background: White or black, avoid a confusing background

• Make high contrast between text versus background

• The text should be no more than two lines: Easy to focus

• Avoid using capital letters for a whole word: Difficult to read

• Should not be afraid of having space in a slide

• Should have image(s) every slide: Easy to understand

• Avoid putting too much information in a slide, show the data you want to explain only

• Take home message: Don’t drown the audience with data “ Less is more”
