M. Bajodek studied at École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (diploma 2019), where he was ranked fifth in the agrégation de sciences industrielles de l'ingénieur in 2018. He obtained a MSc (InTrANet, Université Paris-Saclay) and a MRes in Automation and Signal Processing (ATSI, CentraleSupélec, ranked first). Supported by a ministerial PhD scholarship, he joined LAAS-CNRS in September 2019 under the supervision of A. Seuret and F. Gouaisbaut, and defended his PhD thesis ''Stability Analysis of Linear ODE-PDE Interconnected Systems'' in July 2022 (Université Toulouse III Paul Sabatier). He was nominated for the GdR MACS award in 2023 for this thesis. From 2023 to 2024, he conducted postdoctoral research at L2S (MODESTY team) with G. Valmorbida and H. Lhachemi, where he extended his stability results to the synthesis of low-dimensional controllers for high-dimensional systems. His international research stays include the University of Seville (A. Seuret, R. Vazquez), CINVESTAV Mexico City (S. Mondié, F. Castaños, A. Cataño Hernández, G. Portilla), and the University of Tampere (L. Paunonen). He is currently permanent assistant professor at CPE Lyon (EESPIG institute) since September 2023, affiliated with LAGEPP in the DYCOP team, where he carries out his research on the control of infinite-dimensional systems.
